Please be prepared put your cell phone on silent mode during the session.  We have tea, water and fruits for refreshments.  Please be on time for your session, if you are running more than 15 min late, please inform us. To reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice.

We recommend 2-6 people max for group experiences to have the most qualitative experience and hands-on time with the  instruments.

Please remove your shoes and enter.  The restroom is directly to the right as you enter. Place your belongings in the meditation room directly to the left as you enter.  Please enjoy complimentary filtered water and hot herbal tea.
